Who we are
The Scuola Superiore di Catania is a higher education center of the University of Catania, which was founded in 1998 with the aim of selecting the best young people and offering them a course of study that includes in-depth study, research and experimentation.
The Scuola Superiore therefore favors the early start of research for its students and offers highly qualified courses at university and post-graduate level.

The announcement of the admission competition is published on the School website.
To participate in the competition, you must complete the online application, which is published together with the announcement.
Those who have obtained a qualification that gives access to the single-cycle degree and master’s degree courses of the University of Catania can participate in the competition.
The tests of the admission competition consist of two written tests and an oral test, diversified for each class (respectively of the humanities and social sciences and of the experimental sciences) which usually take place in the month of September.
