ABSTRACT: Radiobiologia e Scienze omiche in collaborazione tra IBFM e LNS. Studio dei meccanismi cellulari e molecolari indotti in risposta a trattamenti differenziali con radiazioni ionizzanti, anche in combinazione con molecole radiosensibilizzanti, al fine di identificare biomarcatori di radiorisposta per la definizione di protocolli radioterapici personalizzati in base al sottotipo tumorale. Analisi delle applicazioni e metodologie di proteogenomica, con l’utilizzo di tecniche di genomica e di biologia molecolare (DNA sequencing, gene expression profiling by microarray, qRT-PCR, immunoblotting) e di biologia cellulare, in modelli di studio in vitro con l’impiego di colture cellulari immortalizzate e primarie, e in modelli murini in vivo, mediante l’uso di uPET TC Bruker, Xtreme in vivo Bruker.
